We are ready to help you negotiate through the claims process.  Claims should be reported as soon as possible after a loss occurs.  In cases that occur late in the day, the next business day is acceptable.  If the loss is significant, you may feel the need to speak with us after normal business hours.  In that case, please call our regular telephone number (802-863-3416) and you will be directed to one of our team members.

For new Personal Insurance claims, you may also call many of the companies directly, 24 hours a day, to report your claim.  Here is a list of those companies and their direct telephone numbers.
